It also uses wet granulation, and by adjusting the rotation speed and controlling the spray volume, the material temperature can be kept below 50℃, while also maintaining the activity of the microorganisms. Its core advantages lie in its high pelleting rate (up to 90% or more), large processing capacity, stronger adaptability to fibrous materials, and higher particle density and strength. However, the equipment structure is more complex, and energy consumption and investment costs are correspondingly higher. Selection Recommendations For those with limited budgets, low production volumes, and a focus on stability, the disc granulator is a mature and reliable choice. If high production efficiency and particle strength are desired, and the raw material contains a certain amount of fiber, the new organic fertilizer granulator is a better option. Both are low-temperature granulation equipment; the key is to accurately match the production scale with the material characteristics.
