Our company successfully shipped three pieces of equipment using a “lighter on top, heavier on bottom” loading method

Two double roller press granulators and one vertical disc mixer were recently loaded into a container at our shipping area according to the "lighter on top, heavier on bottom" principle, and the entire shipment is destined for Malaysia. The logistics department developed a layered loading plan in advance, taking into account the significant weight differences and irregular shapes of the three pieces of equipment. Before loading, our staff re-weighed each piece using an electronic crane scale: the two double roller press granulators each weighed 2.3 tons, and the vertical disc mixer weighed 1.7 tons after removing the motor. A 40-foot high cube container was used. The two granulators were first pushed side-by-side into the front of the container and secured with wooden wedges and ground rings. The mixer disc was then hoisted to the rear upper part of the container, with its bottom elevated using wooden blocks, leaving a 20-centimeter gap between it and the granulators to prevent collisions during transport. Lighter components such as the mixer motor and reducer were placed in a wooden crate and secured to the top space at the rear of the container. All internal securing components to the cabinet utilize ratchet straps and inflatable bags, avoiding welded ground rings to protect the cabinet body. After packing, off-center load tests were conducted in four directions (front, back, left, and right), and the center of gravity shift remained within safe limits. Before closing the cabinet doors, the loading supervisors took photos of the secured state of each piece of equipment and uploaded them to the customer for confirmation. The accessories box is packed in a separate small cabinet, containing the mixer scraper, sealing rings, granulator rollers, and specialized tools. The accompanying documents for all three pieces of equipment are sealed in plastic document bags and affixed to a prominent position inside the cabinet door. Export customs clearance has been completed, and the shipping schedule information has been shared with the customer.
