Five double roller press granulators pass precision inspection and ship to Malaysia

Before shipment, our five double roller press granulators underwent individual precision inspections. Detailed reports covering key specifications—such as roll surface radial runout, roll gap uniformity, and bearing clearance—were generated for each unit and shipped alongside the equipment to Malaysia. The inspection process comprised seven items, conducted unit-by-unit by the Quality Inspection Department following final assembly. Roll surface radial runout was measured at eight points along the circumference using a dial indicator; the maximum runout value for all five units remained under 0.05 mm. Roll gap uniformity was verified using a feeler gauge under no-load conditions, showing a maximum deviation of 0.03 mm, while bearing clearances were maintained near the midpoint of the design specifications. Additionally, spot checks were performed on the hydraulic system's pressure-holding performance and motor insulation resistance. The inspection data was signed and confirmed by three parties: the quality inspector, the assembly team leader, and a third-party inspector commissioned by the client. Upon passing inspection, the five units proceeded to the painting and packaging stages. All inspection points were marked on the equipment to allow the client to verify the results against the report upon arrival. During packaging, the original inspection report was placed in a waterproof document pouch and secured to the inner frame of the respective machine, while a copy was sent along with the export documentation. All five units have now been loaded into containers and shipped in two separate batches.
