Flat Die Granulator: Designed for Small Factories, Energy-Saving, Durable, and Fast Pellet Formation

The flat die granulator is a small, extrusion-type granulator. It features a simple structure, low price, energy saving, and durability, making it particularly suitable for family farms, small organic fertilizer plants, and self-use production lines. It is the preferred equipment for low-cost pelleting. The core structure of the flat die granulatorconsists of a flat die disc, pressure rollers, a main shaft, and a casing. The flat die disc is covered with round holes with a diameter of 3-6mm. The pressure rollers rotate close to the flat die, extruding the material through the holes to form cylindrical pellets, which are then cut into uniform lengths by a cutter. The die disc can be used on both sides; it can be flipped after wear, significantly reducing operating costs. Key Features: Small size, lightweight, easy to move, and can be driven by single-phase electricity; no complicated debugging required, production can begin immediately upon startup; flexible requirements for raw material moisture content, 25%-45% can be used; the pellets are cylindrical, with high hardness and are not loose, suitable for fruit trees, vegetables, and field crops. Flat die pellet mills are extremely easy to maintain, with only the pressure rollers and die plate being wear parts, which are convenient and inexpensive to replace. The disadvantage is lower output, making them suitable for small-batch production. For users with limited investment, small space, and primarily for self-use, flat die pellet mills are the most practical and worry-free choice.
