Two 2.5 meter crawler-type compost turning machines packed and successfully shipped

Two 2.5-meter crawler-type compost turning machines destined for Malaysia have completed the disassembly, packaging, and container loading process; the freight forwarder has arranged for their transport to the port. A "disassemble-before-loading" strategy was adopted for this shipment, effectively reducing transport height and minimizing lifting risks. Following a pre-established disassembly list, each turner was broken down into six packaging units: the main frame assembly, crawler undercarriage, turning roller assembly, operator canopy, hydraulic oil tank, and electrical cabinet. The turning roller assembly, weighing 1.3 tons, was secured on a dedicated steel cradle. Hydraulic lines were removed, individually numbered, sealed with plastic caps, and wrapped in bubble wrap. All disassembled surfaces were coated with anti-rust primer, and exposed bolts were treated with anti-seize compound. On the day of loading, forklifts and overhead cranes worked in tandem to load the units into a 40-foot high-cube container, prioritizing large components followed by smaller ones to fill the gaps. The main frame assembly was positioned at the front of the container floor, with the turning roller assembly placed behind it; the crawler undercarriage sections were stacked (left and right) at the rear, while the operator canopy and accessory crates occupied the remaining space above. A total of 14 dunnage bags and over 20 timber braces were used to secure the load, with torque values at every fastening point manually verified. A weight distribution check performed after loading confirmed that the center of gravity shift was within permissible limits. The customer can view the container inventory and installation layout via mobile phone. Accompanying documentation includes disassembly diagrams, torque specifications, and bilingual (Chinese-English) assembly manuals to facilitate step-by-step reassembly upon arrival. The foreign trade department has uploaded the customs declaration documents, and the shipping schedule has been communicated to the customer.
