Client from Suzhou conducts on-site acceptance inspection of 50,000-Ton/Year organic fertilizer production line

The first batch of equipment for a 50,000-ton/year organic fertilizer production line—constructed by our company for a client in Suzhou—has successfully passed its on-site acceptance inspection. Two technical representatives from the client verified each item against the technical agreement before signing the acceptance document; the equipment was loaded and dispatched that same day. The inspection spanned two days. On the first day, the fermentation turner and chain crusher were examined. The client focused on the pressure-retention performance of the turner’s hydraulic system and the dynamic balance calibration records for the crusher’s hammer heads. The equipment was also operated under no-load conditions to observe its movement, lifting, and crushing functions. On the second day, the rotary screen was inspected; when tested with the organic fertilizer raw materials provided by the client, it achieved a screening efficiency of 91%. The tension of the screen mesh and the alignment of the drive belts were both found to be within the permitted tolerances. The client also verified that the equipment nameplate specifications, motor power ratings, and material composition reports matched the contractual requirements. Following the inspection, both parties signed the acceptance confirmation document for this initial batch of equipment. Prior to loading, the client’s representatives confirmed that there were no dents or surface damage on the equipment and that all components within the electrical control cabinets were securely fastened. Large pieces of equipment were anchored to the truck beds using steel cradles, while accessory crates were placed in the remaining gaps and secured with straps. The shipment included the acceptance confirmation document, installation diagrams, and operation manuals. The first group of vehicles has now departed our facility, en route to Suzhou.
