Client conducts remote video acceptance for new type organic fertilizer two in one granulator and mixer

A new type two in one organic fertilizer granulator and a mixer, destined for a client in Jiangxi, underwent a remote video acceptance inspection prior to shipment. The client connected via mobile phone to watch a real-time demonstration of the equipment in operation; upon confirming everything was in order, the machinery was loaded and shipped that same day. The video inspection lasted approximately 40 minutes. Our technical staff demonstrated key functions, including the no-load startup, extrusion roller gap adjustment, and emergency stop/reset for the granulator, as well as the forward/reverse rotation switching and discharge gate operation for the mixer. The client was particularly interested in the granulator's anti-sticking performance when handling wet materials; technicians simulated operation by feeding in a small amount of wet material, and no significant adhesion was observed at the discharge outlet. The client also verified the equipment nameplate specifications and motor power, confirming they matched the technical agreement provided by our company. Following the inspection, the client confirmed the shipment via email. Subsequently, both machines were dismantled and packaged according to standard procedures. The granulator's extrusion rollers were removed and boxed separately, while the mixer was secured as a single unit onto a steel frame. After loading was complete, the supervising staff photographed the strapping and securing points to share with the client for their records. Accompanying documents included the acceptance confirmation form, installation diagrams, and operation manuals. The shipment is currently en route to Jiangxi.
