After fermentation and decomposition, the material is fine-textured with moderate viscosity, making it ideal for disc granulators to produce highly uniform, spherical granules. 2.Cattle Manure: High Moisture and High Fiber—Focus on Dewatering and Extrusion Cattle manure has a moisture content exceeding 80% and contains coarse, long fibers. Pre-treatment requires a solid-liquid separator to reduce moisture to approximately 60%, while the turning stage necessitates a high-torque, low-speed chain-plate turner to cut through the long fibers.
