Two 2.5m crawler-type compost turners shipped with accessories packed “One Box Per Machine”

Our company has recently completed the inventory and packaging of accessories for two 2.5m crawler-type compost turners. Adhering to the "one box per machine" principle, the accessories were packed into separate crates and shipped to Malaysia alongside the main units. This method facilitates rapid distribution by machine ID upon arrival and minimizes on-site inventory time. The accessories include hydraulic filter elements, tines for the turning roller, track pins, sealing rings, spare high-pressure hoses, specialized wrenches, and vulnerable electrical components. Each machine corresponds to a specific wooden crate, marked on the exterior with "Machine No. 1" or "Machine No. 2" and a QR code. Scanning the QR code allows access to the detailed packing list, corresponding equipment sections, and installation diagrams. A 15% surplus of wear parts (as per the contract) was included, individually bagged and marked with yellow labels. High-pressure hoses were sealed with plastic caps at both ends, electrical components were vacuum-sealed in aluminum foil bags, the interior walls of the crates were lined with waterproof plastic film, and any voids were filled with foam padding. During container loading, the accessory crates were placed in the available space and secured with straps. Personnel from Quality Control, the warehouse, and the foreign trade department verified each item against the packing list before signing off and sealing the crates. Accompanying documentation—including the accessory inventory, packing list, and wear-part diagrams—was provided in both Chinese and English. Both main units and their accessories have now been loaded and cleared customs, and the shipment is en route to Malaysia.
