Our company's export shipment of roller press granulator production line spare parts to Bolivia has recently been fully packaged. All spare parts boxes are managed using a "one item, one code" system, corresponding one-to-one with the packing list data. The spare parts were shipped in four containers along with the main unit. This batch of spare parts includes 4 sets of extrusion roller skins, 120 crushing blades, 8 screens, hydraulic cylinder sealing packages, reducer filters, drive belts, and electrical spare parts, packed into 13 independent wooden crates. Each crate has a waterproof QR code label; customers can scan the code with their mobile phones to view the contents, corresponding equipment parts, and installation location diagram. Vulnerable parts and standard parts are stored separately, with additional yellow warning labels added to the boxes of vulnerable parts. All metal parts are coated with anti-rust oil and wrapped in bubble wrap, while electrical spare parts are vacuum-sealed in aluminum foil bags. Main unit packaging is being carried out simultaneously. After the main extrusion cylinder is disassembled, desiccant is inserted into the inner cavity and the opening is sealed; protective covers are installed on the crusher bearing housings for transport; all cables inside the electrical control cabinet are bundled and secured to prevent loosening due to sea turbulence. During packing, accessory boxes are stacked around the main unit in order of "largest to smallest, heaviest to lightest," with honeycomb cardboard separating the boxes, and the top covered with a rainproof plastic film. The foreign trade department has completed customs clearance, and all packing lists are prepared in Spanish and simultaneously sent to the customer for verification. The goods depart from Shanghai Port, transit through Arica Port in Chile, and are transported by land to Bolivia, with full cargo insurance coverage.
