Roller press granulator production line shipped to Malaysia to boost fertilizer production quality

A complete roller press granulator production line has recently passed all factory inspections and been officially shipped from the manufacturing base to Malaysia. Addressing local needs for upgrading agricultural fertilizer production capacity, the project utilizes a dry roller compaction process for large-scale granular fertilizer manufacturing. It will provide stable organic and compound fertilizer supplies to support key local agricultural sectors, including oil palm and tropical fruits and vegetables. The production line has been extensively optimized to suit the raw material availability and climatic conditions of Malaysia's tropical agriculture. By employing an ambient-temperature dry roller compaction process, the line eliminates the drying stage required in traditional wet granulation; it can directly process locally abundant materials—such as oil palm meal and composted livestock manure—thereby significantly reducing energy consumption and operating costs. Components in contact with materials feature corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant alloys, while electrical control units are designed for enhanced moisture resistance and heat dissipation, ensuring stable performance in the local high-temperature, high-humidity environment and yielding granules with uniform strength and low recycle rates. To ensure quality during long-distance maritime transport, the main unit underwent pre-assembly and no-load integrated testing before shipment; components were dismantled, categorized, and numbered according to the on-site installation sequence, with precision instruments and drive parts sealed in vacuum-packed, shock-absorbing, and moisture-proof packaging. The logistics team selected an optimal direct shipping route and is tracking the cargo in real-time to minimize transit time. Upon the equipment's arrival at the port, our technical team will travel to the site to provide installation, commissioning, and operation and maintenance training. This shipment represents a reliable equipment solution for the green, circular development of agriculture in the Malaysian region.
