Equipment required for raw material pretreatment of npk fertilizer production line

The first step in processing fertilizer in npk fertilizer production line is raw material pretreatment. The core of this stage is to process various raw materials into powder that meets the subsequent processing requirements. The whole process is inseparable from the coordination of a variety of special equipment, which is the basis for ensuring the quality of fertilizer. The raw material pretreatment process is mainly divided into three processes: screening, crushing and mixing. First, raw materials such as urea, monoammonium phosphate, potassium chloride, etc. are fed into the fertilizer vibrating screening machine to remove impurities such as stones and metals in the raw materials to avoid damage to subsequent equipment. The qualified raw materials after screening enter the next step. Subsequently, the lumpy raw materials are sent to the fertilizer crusher, and the high-speed rotating hammer head crushes them into fine powder of 80-100 mesh to ensure uniform subsequent mixing. All the crushed raw materials are sent to the horizontal mixer, add an appropriate amount of binder and medium and trace elements, and stir for 5-10 minutes until the raw materials are evenly mixed. The core equipment involved in this stage includes a fertilizer vibrating screener, a fertilizer crusher, and a horizontal mixer. Each piece of equipment performs its own duties: the fertilizer vibrating screener is responsible for raw material purification, the fertilizer crusher is responsible for raw material refinement, and the horizontal mixer is responsible for raw material homogenization. The three work together to complete the preprocessing, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent granulation process.
