The tons bags fertilizer packing machine is a filling equipment used by fertilizer production enterprises for large-scale packaging, specifically designed to handle ton bags weighing from several hundred kilograms to two tons. With the fertilizer trade trending towards larger packaging and bulk handling, the demand for ton bag packaging is increasing daily. This equipment can accurately weigh and fill powdery and granular fertilizers, and is equipped with a filling port lifting mechanism to accommodate ton bags of different heights. The equipment has a high degree of automation, significantly reducing manual handling of heavy bags, and is suitable for large-volume shipments, export packaging, and intermediate storage and transportation.
Working Principle
The four straps of the empty ton bag are suspended by the bag hanging mechanism, and the bag opening is fitted over the filling port and clamped. The feeding screw or baffle valve opens, and material is filled into the ton bag from top to bottom. A weighing sensor is fixed to the bag hanging frame to sense the weight of the material inside the bag in real time. The control system maintains a high flow rate during the fast feeding phase, switches to slow feeding when approximately 90% of the set amount is reached, and finally stops when the target weight is accurately reached. After filling, the bag clamps release, the lifting straps release, and the filled ton bags fall onto the conveyor pallet, where they are transported away by forklift or overhead crane.
Equipment Components
Feeder: Screw feeder is suitable for powdery materials, while gravity gate feeder is suitable for granular materials; both can achieve two-stage fast and slow control.
Weighing Bag Hanger: Supported by four high-precision sensors, it is used to suspend and measure the ton bags and is the core metering component of the equipment.
Filling Port and Lifting Mechanism: The filling port can be electrically lifted to adapt to different ton bag heights; the bag opening is pneumatically clamped.
Lifting Strap Hooks: Four pneumatic or hydraulic hooks automatically hook onto the ton bag lifting straps and automatically release after filling.
Dust Collection Interface: Located near the filling port, connecting to the workshop dust collection pipeline.
Operation Control: PLC and touch screen control; weight, fast/slow feeding values can be set, and production data can be recorded.
Operation Precautions
Before starting the machine, check that the bag hanging hooks move flexibly, that the weighing sensors are at zero, and that there are no residual lumps in the feeder. When fitting ton bags, ensure the bag opening is completely inside the filling port, the lifting straps are secure, and the bag is properly sealed.
During filling, operators should stay away from below the filling port to prevent injury from sudden material falling. If a sudden increase in metering deviation is detected, packaging should be stopped, and the sensors and feeding mechanism should be inspected.
Powdered fertilizers are hygroscopic; after stopping the machine, any remaining material in the feeder should be cleaned. The operating area should be kept level to prevent forklifts from colliding with the frame and sensors. Regularly calibrate metering accuracy to ensure accurate trade settlement.
