The main purpose of composting technology of
organic fertilizer production line is to quickly and efficiently kill pathogenic bacteria and insect eggs in the heap, and decompose macromolecular particles into small molecular organic matter that can be directly absorbed and utilized by plants. During composting, organic fertilizer processing equipment is often used to replace manual operation to save labor cost to the greatest extent.
At the same time, according to a large number of studies, the most suitable range of organic matter content change is 20% - 80% in high temperature aerobic composting. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust and increase the organic components of composting materials properly. Specific measures are as follows:
A. The composting raw materials were pretreated, and part of the inorganic components were removed by crushing and sieving, and the organic content was increased to more than 50%;
B. Before fermentation, a certain proportion of dilute manure, municipal sewage, sludge, livestock manure, etc. are mixed into the composting raw materials, among which the most are mixed with dilute manure. It can not only increase the content of organic matter in composting raw materials, but also adjust the moisture content of raw materials. At the same time, it can find a way out for the treatment of urban manure;
C. This method can not only increase the content of organic matter in compost, but also solve the outlet problem of municipal solid waste and sewage sludge at the same time;
D. During composting, a thermometer is inserted in the pile to monitor the temperature in the pile at any time. When the temperature is higher than 45 ℃ and is in the rising stage, the organic fertilizer fermentation equipment is used to continuously flip the operation to reduce the temperature, evaporate water, promote oxygen to enter the reactor, and accelerate the fermentation process; when the temperature is lower than 40 ℃ and in a slow downward trend, the composting is stopped and the composting is still standing a week.
