1.Keep the clean in the working place.Every time the organic fertilizer equipments is tested,the granulated leaves and the residual rubber sand inside and outside the granulating pot should be throughly removed,the rubber sand and the sky-filled materials scattered or splashed on the organic fertilizer equipment should be cleaned and the machine for exposing the organic fertilizer equipment to the outside processing surfance should be wiped.Clean,coat with anti-rust paint and put on the corresponding sheild to prevent secondary of dust.
2.The organic fertilizer equipment has no external oiling holes,and the gears and worm gears are lubricated with special butter for organic fertilizer equipment.The upper gear and the lower gear should be added with three times of butter per season.When refueling,the moving gear box cover and the transmission gear cover can be opeaned separately.Oil lubrication should always be dripped between the sliding gear box and the sliding surfance of the bracket hinge.The worm gear box and bearing are shipped with the transmission butter,but the gearbox machine should be thoroughly cleaned once every one year of usereplacing all protective lubricants.
3.Operator should always pay attention to the operation of organic fertilizer machine,there should be no serious abnormal sound,and there should be no metal friction sound.If abnormality is found,stop using it immediately,check it,use it after troubleshooting,check the corresponding.The reason is that the machine cannot be started.If there is metel friction,check the gap between the granulating pot and the granulated leaves of the organic fertilizer equipment.
4.Operator should often check and standard gap between the granulation pot.
5.When updating the organic fertilizer granulating pot or granulating leaves,the working gap should be re-measured each time and adjusted several times to meet the standard before continuing to use.
6.If the organic fertilizer machine cannot be operated by pressing the program controller,check the power supply voltage,whether the power supply connector and the connectr block are normal,and check the internal fault of the controller.
Organic fertilizer equipment should be inspected and maintained regularly to avoid unnecessary troubles and problems in production.Organic fertilizer equipment should be used for maintenance.
