The organic fertilizer granulator is a key equipment in the production process of organic fertilizers. It uses a unique principle to convert powdered organic fertilizer raw materials into granular fertilizers that are easy to use and store.

Disc type organic fertilizer granulator is a common type. Its core component is a tilted and uniformly rotating disk. When the powdered raw material is transported onto the rotating disc, it begins to move upward along the inner wall of the disc under the combined action of centrifugal force and frictional force. After reaching a certain height, it falls back to the bottom due to gravity, forming a continuous circular motion trajectory. During this process, adhesive or an appropriate amount of water is sprayed onto the raw materials through a nozzle installed above the disc. Adhesive is like glue, causing small particles of raw materials to adhere to each other. As the disk continues to rotate, these small particles roll and collide, gradually adsorbing more raw materials and increasing in volume, ultimately forming particles of the desired size. Operators can control the size and shape of particles by adjusting parameters such as the rotation speed, inclination angle, and adhesive spraying amount of the disc.

The rotary drum organic fertilizer granulator has different working principles. It mainly consists of a horizontally placed drum and a transmission device. The raw materials and binders are simultaneously fed into the drum, which rotates at a stable speed under the drive of the transmission device. There is a copying board inside the drum, which continuously lifts the raw materials and forms a parabolic motion trajectory inside the drum. During the process of raw material movement, the binder causes the raw material particles to bond with each other, gradually growing and forming through continuous rolling and collision. The speed, length, and internal structure of the drum can all affect the shaping effect of the particles.

The principle of the squeeze type organic fertilizer granulator is based on a strong squeezing force. The raw materials are first transported to the feed inlet of the granulator, and then enter the extrusion system composed of screws or plungers. Under the action of the extrusion system, the raw materials are subjected to strong pressure and extruded through templates with specific pore sizes, forming columnar strips. Subsequently, the cutting blade installed below the template cuts the columnar strip material to a certain length, thereby obtaining uniformly sized fertilizer particles. This granulation method does not require additional binders and can effectively retain the original nutrients of the fertilizer.

The organic fertilizer granulator achieves the transformation of organic fertilizer from powder to granular form through different principles, providing strong support for the widespread application of organic fertilizer.
