The new process of compound (mixed) fertilizer production by ammonia acid method is a new process of compound (mixed) fertilizer production rising in recent years. Compared with the general NPK fertilizer production line, it has the following characteristics:
1. The reaction heat generated by the chemical reaction between liquid ammonia, sulfuric acid, monoammonium phosphate and other materials is directly used to improve the temperature of the granulated materials (which can make the temperature of the granulated materials reach 70-80 ℃), reduce the moisture content of the materials in the process of granulation, and thus reduce the drying strength. From the actual situation, the coal consumption of this process is about 30% - 40% lower than that of the ordinary steam granulation process.
2. The
NPK fertilizer production line of ammonia process uses the high viscosity slurry formed by the reaction of sulfuric acid and monoammonium phosphate to granulate. Compared with the general process, the pelletization rate is increased by about 50%. The production capacity of the same production system can be increased by more than 50%. The production capacity of the general 50000 T / a high concentration fertilizer production line can be up to 80000 T / a after adopting the ammonia process.
3. The product of NPK fertilizer production line by ammonia process has uniform particles, smooth and round appearance, and high particle strength.
4. The adaptability of raw materials is strong, all kinds of raw materials used in the production of general fertilizer can be used in the ammonia process, and the N-P-K nutrient distribution ratio of the product has a large adjustment range. It can produce all kinds of inorganic compound fertilizer with high and low concentration.
