1. The selection of materials is the key. When selecting materials, pay attention to the hardness of materials. The more difficult the material is to crush, the more serious the wear of the equipment. The crushing speed is slow and the natural crushing capacity is small.
2. The humidity of the material is the key, that is, when the moisture in the material is large, the material is easy to attach to the content of the grinder, and it is easy to block during the feeding and transportation process, thus reducing the crushing capacity. Therefore, before crushing, the moisture content of the crusher should be reduced as much as possible to facilitate the better work of the crusher.
3. After crushing, the finer the material is required, the smaller the crushing capacity.

1. Before using the crusher, check whether the shape of the machine is damaged due to transportation and whether the random data is complete. Before turning on the power, please ensure that there are iron foreign matters in the cavity to prevent the knife from rotating, and manually rotate the flywheel for many times.
Never move the knife by hand to ensure safety. The motor can be started and put into production to ensure the correct rotation of the pulverizer host. Note: The main machine of the crusher shall not be reversed during operation, otherwise it will cause serious equipment accidents such as fixed knife injury and damage to left and right labyrinths.
2。 According to the material characteristics, the normal use time of the organic fertilizer crusher tools has its own length and short time. If there is wear, cut the knife in time. When installing tools, the rotary knife must be fastened. After the fixed knife is slightly fixed, adjust the 4-head knife adjusting screw to ensure that the rotating knife and the fixed knife maintain gaps of 0, 2-0 and 3, then tighten the fixed knife screw and lock the adjusting screw to complete the installation of the tool.
