Detailed process flow of organic fertilizer production line:
1. In order to avoid secondary pollution to the road surface, special vehicles will be used by livestock manure centralized treatment farms or organic fertilizer production enterprises to regularly recycle livestock manure in each breeding farm, and the recovered livestock manure will be directly into the fermentation area.
2. After one fermentation and two aging. Firstly, the odor of livestock manure was eliminated. In the first fermentation, straw, plant leaves, weed powder and other plant stems and leaves should be added in proportion. At the same time, organic fertilizer fermentation agent should be added to decompose the crude fiber, so that the particle size after crushing can meet the requirements of making.
3. The fermentation materials that have completed the second aging and stacking process are crushed and put into the mixing system. Before mixing, according to the formula, some trace elements are added into the mixing system to start mixing.
4. The mixed materials are transported to the
granulator machine for fertilizer, the granulated materials are fed into the cooling system after the dryer, the materials are sieved after the normal temperature, the qualified particles are fed into the coating machine for coating and packaging, and the unqualified particles are crushed by the pulverizer and then returned to the granulation system for granulation. The fineness of raw materials is very important for the production process of organic fertilizer. The higher the fineness of the raw material, the better the viscosity and the higher the surface finish of the granulated particles. But in the production process, the use of super proportion of high fineness materials, easy to cause too large particles, irregular particles and other problems due to good viscosity.
The process flow of general organic fertilizer production line is required to make the content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium exceed 4%, and the organic matter exceed 30%, so that the organic fertilizer production process can be mixed, crushed and packaged.
