Method for producing ammonium humate:
(1) Peat, lignite and weathered coal containing lower calcium and magnesium to produce ammonium humate: The raw material is crushed to less than 1 mm by
fertilizer crusher machine and mixed directly with ammonium bicarbonate by first spreading ammonium bicarbonate uniformly on the rot. On the raw material of the acid, then spray water, the water should not be too much, the ammonium bicarbonate just melts, and then piled up for 5 days to make ammonium humate. If it is mixed with ammonia water, it needs to be dried and mixed. Ammonium humic acid is used as the substrate, and various organic and inorganic compound fertilizers can be prepared according to the fertilizer requirements of various crops, adding appropriate amount of NPK fertilizer, medium and trace element fertilizer, and nitrogen fertilizer synergist.
(2) Method for producing ammonium humate with higher-grade weathered coal containing calcium and magnesium. The weathered coal is crushed to less than 1 mm, mixed with ammonium bicarbonate at a concentration of 8% (as measured by nitrogen content), and the water content of the material is 35% -40%, at a temperature of 80 to 90 ° C, the reaction for 24 h, that is, humic acid ammonium. The process principle of the method is: using metathesis reaction between ammonium carbonate and calcium humate, causing carbonate and calcium ions to form poorly soluble calcium carbonate, freeing humic acid and combining with ammonium ions to form ammonium humate. When the method has a high carbonate content, it is advantageous for increasing the conversion rate and the utilization rate of ammonia.
The advantages of the above two methods are simple process, low production cost, no three-waste pollution, and the product quality is medium or medium. However, the humic acid fertilizer produced by the two methods has low nitrogen content, low water solubility, and contains calcium, iron, aluminum and other impurities. If the water is further reduced, the water solubility and effectiveness are further reduced.
To produce high-nitrogen humic acid fertilizer, high-temperature and high-pressure liquid phase ammoxidation can be used. The principle of the process is to react coal particles with oxygen under elevated temperature and pressure conditions to form oxidized coal. Or humic acid, and then react with the coexisting ammonia to form a liquid phase humic acid ammonium salt, which becomes a nitrogen-rich humic acid fertilizer, wherein the fertilizer has a complex nitrogen form and a large proportion of heterocyclic nitrogen. It is also possible to properly produce the humic acid ammonium salt to form a relatively pure product, but it will form pollution and consume more energy. Therefore, as long as it can meet the needs of
organic fertilizer production, there is no need to purify. Of course, if you want to produce industrial products to improve efficiency, you can consider purification and use the purified slag to prepare humic acid fertilizer. In addition, a higher purity humic acid ammonium salt can be obtained by reacting purified humic acid with ammonium hydrogencarbonate or ammonia water.
