organic fertilizer production line must use professional leaven,shorter fermentation time and resuce the number of turns heaps,save a lot of sites and artifical directly.
Most organic fertilizer products are composted and fermented for only 15-20 days.However,the fermentation process of high quality organic
compost usually takes 45-60 days.This is because in the early heating stage and high temperature stage of composting,pathogenic bacteria,insect eggs,miscellaneous grass seeds and other harmful microorganisms will be killed.However,the main role of microorganisms in this process is metabolism and reproduction and only a small amount of metabolites are producted.Moreover,these metabolites are unstable and not easily absorbed by plants.In the later
cooling period,microorganisms will humus organic matter and produce a large amount of metabolites benefical to plant growth and absorption in this process,which takes45-60 days.Compost through this process can achieve three purpose,one is innocuous;second,humus;third,the production of a large number of microbial metabolites such as various antibiotics,protein sustances.
