NPK fertilizer production line equipment process is raw material batching machine → mixer → crusher → fertilizer granulator machine → particle dryer → particle cooler → grading screening machine → finished particle coating machine → finished quantitative packaging machine.
Drum fertilizer granulator machine is a kind of forming machine which can make materials into specific shapes. The drum
fertilizer granulator machine is one of the key equipment in the npk fertilizer industry, which is suitable for cold and hot granulation and large-scale production of high, medium and low concentration compound fertilizer. The main working mode of the drum fertilizer granulator machine is wet granulation of pellets. Through a certain amount of water or steam, the basic fertilizer can be fully chemically reacted after being humidified in the cylinder. Under a certain liquid phase condition, with the help of the rotating motion of the cylinder, the extrusion pressure between the particles of the material can be generated to agglomerate into a ball.
Granulation process characteristics of NPK fertilizer production line
1. Advanced granulation process
Drum fertilizer granulator machine is the most widely used fertilizer granulator in NPK fertilizer production line. The formula limit is relatively small. Drum granulator can also use part of the spray pipe, part of the ammoniation, wide applicability.
2. Nutrition balance of product granules
In the npk fertilizer production line, due to the chemical synthesis granulation, the nutrient content of granular fertilizer is the same as that of the mark, which can provide nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other nutrients to crops at the same time according to a certain proportion, so as to ensure the balanced growth of crops.
3. The product has good physical properties, even particle size distribution, 90% of which are particles with particle size of 2-4mm; the particles have high strength and good fluidity, and are not easy to be broken in the process of transportation, storage and stacking.
4. Because of its relatively small formula limitation, high output, less investment and short construction period, the rotary drum granulation production process has been developed.
