For fermentation materials with more crude fiber raw materials, this equipment is more suitable for fermentation materials based on powdery materials. If using disc granulation equipment, it is recommended to perform two crushings, otherwise it will directly affect the granulation quality.
2. Flat die extrusion granulator
It is suitable for granulation of organic fermented organic fertilizer. Mainly suitable for coarse fiber granulation, such as: sawdust, rice husks, cotton stalks, cottonseed bark, weeds and other crop straws, domestic waste, waste from waste plastic box factories. , Briquetting, stick
making, can also be applied to low temperature granulation such as biological bacterial fertilizer, organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer.
Due to the strong crushing strength of the granulating machine, the granulating template is sometimes destroyed, and sometimes the holes of the granulating template are blocked. Additional equipment care and replacement of consumables are required.
3. Ring die extrusion granulator
The ring mold granulator can be widely used in small and medium-sized aquaculture, grain and feed processing, livestock farms, poultry farms and individual farmers.
4. Stirring type granulator
A new type of granulation equipment is also called wet granulator. This equipment uses the high-speed rotating mechanical stirring force and the aerodynamic force generated by it to make the fine powder material continuous mixing, granulation, spheroidization and densification in the machine, so as to achieve the purpose of granulation. The shape of the particles is spherical, the sphericity is ≥ 0.7, the particle size is generally between 0.3 and 3 mm, and the granulation rate is ≥ 80%. The size of the particle diameter can be adjusted appropriately by the amount of material mixing and the spindle speed. Stirring granulators have high granulation efficiency, no sharp angles after spherical granulation, low pulverization rate, and easier to meet the requirements of large production.
