Double roller press granulator
Double roller press granulator,belong to the extrusion slip model,it's working principle is:the motor drive the belt and pulley,transfer to the drive shaft through the speed redcer,through the open gear synchronously with the driven shaft,the double rollers roate in the opposite direcion.The raw material input through the feed hopper,and after the extrusion molding,demoulding grranulating,through a chain tranfer to crushing and screening,after separating,the finished granules come out,and the powderwill be back to the mixer,for granulation again.With the continuous rotation of the motor,the continuous input of material,to achieve mass prrodction.

Vertical disc mixer
Vertical disc mixer is a kind of fertilizer mixer which is mainly used for mixing raw materials.The machine is made of polypropylene plate lining or stainless steel plate,which is not easy to stick and wear resistance.The cycloidal pinwheel reducer has the advantages of compact structure,convenient ioeration,uniform mixing and convenient unloading and conveying.The working principle is the motor dirves the reducer,the reducer drives the spindle and the spindle drives the stirring material.

The series of drum-type sieve is the common equipment used in the production of compound fertilizer,which is mainly used for separating finished products and return materials,but also to achieve the product classification,the finished product evenly classified,the machine uses a combined screen,easy maintenance and replacement,its simple structure,convenient operation,stable running,it is the ideal compound fertilizer production equipment.

Single silo single weigh dynamic automatic batching system
The function of the fertilizer machine is the belt feeder adpts beam as the main frame,using steel tank as a leg,high strength and high stiffness,good stablity.On both sides of main frame and leg,use belt against deviation switch.In order to prevent running deviation,driven drum adopts chevron rubber surface which has the faction of preventing off tracking.

Automatic packing machine
Automatic packaging scales also named automatic packaging machine.The packing scale is mainly composed of automatic quantitative packing scale and optional parts composition.Adopted screw feeder,forced material feeding and discharging.The features of the fertilizer machine are high precision；use high-precision weighing controller,with good stability.The machine is small,flexible and easy to install.
