The complete set of equipment includes fermentation equipment, crusher, mixer, granulator machine for fertilizer, dryer, cooler, screening machine, coating machine and packaging machine, as well as conveyor for material transportation between the equipment. Such a full set of equipment configuration needs two or three hundred thousand, but the whole production line only needs five or six workers to complete the production operation and realize automatic production.

1. The fermentation system is composed of feeding conveyor, biological deodorizer, special lifting dumper and electric automatic control system;
2. The main equipment of drying system includes belt conveyor, rotary dryer, cooler, induced draft fan, hot blast stove, etc;
3. The deodorization and dust removal system is composed of a settling chamber and a dust removal chamber. The drawings are provided free of charge to guide the users;
4. Crushing system includes new semi wet material crusher, LP chain crusher or cage crusher, belt conveyor, etc;
5. The batching system includes electronic batching system, which can be equipped with 6-8 kinds of raw materials at one time;

Granulator machine for fertilizer is needed in the granulation system. The optional granulator equipment includes compound fertilizer roller extrusion granulator, disc granulator, flat film granulator, biological organic fertilizer spherical granulator, organic fertilizer special granulator, drum granulator, throwing round machine, compound fertilizer special granulator, etc;
8. The screening system is mainly completed by the drum screening machine, which can be equipped with one-stage screening machine and two-stage screening machine to make the yield higher;
9. The finished product packaging system generally includes electronic quantitative packaging scale, silo, automatic sewing machine, etc. In this way, the full-automatic non intermittent production of organic fertilizer production line can be realized.
