1. Forklift feeding bin: The function of the feeding bin to ensure uninterrupted production is to temporarily store materials, and then connect them to feed the production line. It is divided into ordinary feeders and uniform feeders.
2. Mixer: the most common are vertical mixer and horizontal mixer, which are mainly used for mixing raw materials and auxiliary materials to make the distribution of organic matter more uniform.
3. Granulator: the most common are double roller granulator, disc granulator, tooth stirring granulator, drum granulator, the granules produced by each granulator are different, and the applicable materials There are certain requirements, and the variety of granulator can be determined according to the selection of raw materials.
4. Dryer and cooler: The equipment is cylindrical and rotary, and the dryer dries the excess water in the particles, which is convenient for material storage and not easy to deteriorate. The cooling machine cools the particles in time to facilitate and quickly enter the next process.
5. Screening machine: the most common are trommel screening machine and vibrating screening machine, which have two main functions. Screening out oversized particles needs to be crushed and re-granulated. The powdery material is returned to the granulation process for re-granulation, and qualified particles are retained. It is transported to the next sub-process by the belt conveyor.
6. Coating machine: A layer of coating agent is added on the surface of the particles, so that the appearance of the particles is more rounded and beautiful, and the quality is better, which is convenient for the permanent retention of materials without caking and deterioration.
7. Automatic packaging machine: automatically package into bags according to the set weight, improve efficiency, maintain particle quality, and save labor.
