The investment of the
organic fertilizer production line is divided into granular organic fertilizer and powdered organic fertilizer according to the amount of raw materials and the investment budget. Many farms adopt the production mode of producing powdered organic fertilizer. The powdery organic fertilizer production line is simple, the equipment investment is small, and it is more suitable for small-scale farms for the harmless composting of manure. In the following, we will also invest in equipment and supporting facilities from an annual output of 5,000 tons of powdered organic fertilizer production line.
The complete set of powdered organic fertilizer processing equipment mainly includes: organic fertilizer turning machine, semi-wet material shredder, drum screening machine, and automatic packaging scale.
1. Organic fertilizer turning machine
Use a trough type stacker to flip the stack of bars. When the temperature rises above 55℃, turn the pile every 1 to 2 days. After 10-15 days of fermentation at 55℃, put the pile away.
2. Semi-wet material crusher
Fermented materials cannot be sold directly as commodities, because long-term stacking will cause agglomeration and other phenomena. At this time, the large pieces of material remaining on the screen need to be finely crushed by a crushing
organic fertilizer production machine, and powdered organic fertilizer is obtained after crushing.
3. Drum screening machine
In order to improve the appearance, the powdered organic fertilizer is re-screened to obtain a uniform powdered material before packaging. After operating according to the above steps, it will become pure powdery organic fertilizer after being sieved by a drum sieving machine.
4. Automatic packaging scale
The powdered organic fertilizer can be directly stored and sold after being packaged by an automatic packaging scale.
