 Reasons for irregular particles and unqualified output of flat die pelleting machine:
1. Because the first use of flat die pelletizer die hole finish is not enough;
2. Raw materials of organic fertilizer are too wet or too dry;
3. The clearance between the flat die and the pressing wheel of the fertilizer granulator is too large;
4. The die or press bar is seriously worn.
