In order to make the organic fertilizer can be stored for a long time, the organic fertilizer processing equipment needs to dry the organic fertilizer. So in the fertilizer production process, what methods are generally adopted to dry and dehumidify the organic fertilizer.
1. Mechanical dehydration method: A part of the water is squeezed out by pressurizing the material. The mechanical dehydration method can only remove part of the free moisture in the material, and the combined moisture remains in the material. Therefore, the moisture content of the material after mechanical dehydration is still very high, generally 40-60%. However, mechanical dehydration is the most economical method.
2. Heating and drying: In the process of organic fertilizer processing, drum dryer is often used to dry the fertilizer particles. The heat energy is used to heat the material to remove the moisture in the material. After heating and drying, the combined moisture in the material can be removed to reach the required moisture content of the product or raw material.
3. Chemical dehumidification method uses hygroscopic agent to remove a small amount of moisture in gas, liquid and solid materials. Because of the limited dehumidification capacity of hygroscopic agent, it is only used to remove a small amount of moisture in materials. Therefore, it is rarely used in production.
The above methods are the methods adopted by the organic fertilizer equipment for fertilizer dehumidification, but the chemical dehumidification method is not recommended, and the effect is not very good. Mechanical dehydration is more economical, but the dehumidification effect is not as good as heating drying. After mechanical dehydration, the moisture content of organic fertilizer is about 40%. The use of fertilizer drum dryer situation is more, for drying is to take what method, need to consider the actual situation.
