The production line mainly takes chicken manure as raw material, and makes it into fertilizer after fermentation and maturation. Main equipment including compost turner machine, crusher machine, mixer machine, granulator machine, drum screener machine, packaging machine, etc.
Flow of Chicken Manure Organic Fertilizer Production Line
1. Materials dewater
Chicken manure content high moisture, which should be dewater then enter to next process.
2. Compost Fermentation
The crushed stalks and animal manure need to be fermentation to kill a large number of animal fecal bacteria,parasite,etc. When the materials is fermentation,it need turning,so fermentation can be more thorough.
3. Fertilizer crushing
The animal manure in blocks after fermentation, it should be crushed through the crusher machine, which become relatively fine power is suitable for granulation.
4. Mixing
The mixed material should be mixed completely, then get into granulator.

This batching system is mainly suitable for 3 to 8 kinds of the material feeding , burdening and mixing , which use the computer for automatic control scale and with pneumatic door for main quantitative feeding control , material after mixing with a belt machine automatically sent out.

5. Granulation
Processing powder into granules.
6. Drying

7. Cooling
The cooler machine is used to cool the hot fertilizer.
8. Screening
There are some non-uniform particles, after sieved screening machine, the small diameter pellet may be screened down for twice processing.
9. Coating
Coating on the surface of fertilizer particles, can effectively prevent the organic fertilizer caking.
10. Packaging
After package,the fertilizer can be sold.
